Barry and the vale have multiple skate parks which are great for skateboards and scooters if people already have the skills. A pump track is a simple way to get children riding, its a great form of exercise and can be so much more. A pumptrack can be used by bmx riders, mountain bikers, balance bikes, scooters and more importantly everyone in the community no matter what their skill ability. A pump track is a one direction track meaning there doesn't have to be waiting for turns on jumps ect. It can be fully utilised by everyone.
