An indoor market only works if you have different customers visiting each day. Town dooesnt have that, so unsure if that works.

You need something that involves children’s activities that children will want to attend with their parents. it’s the parents that do the spending, so they would browse whilst their child did some sort of activity, this creates a regular turn over of customers, there isn’t many things you put herw for me to want to visit. I work full time and children’s activities on the weekend, I don’t have time to shop, like most people, so people tend to do less visiting and browsing these days.

A Cinema

I would like to suggest something that has been missing in Barry since it was closed for good back in 2008...a cinema. It would generate hype in Barry for the latest and greatest films all the while bringing in new visitors to Barry.
