What's your experience of life in the Vale of Glamorgan?

This September we will be working with independent researchers Data Cymru to launch our second large-scale survey of residents in the Vale of Glamorgan.

We want to to know about your experiences of living in the Vale of Glamorgan, which public services are important to you, why, and how all of these things could be improved.

The survey covers a range of topics including the cost of living, housing, community safety, public transport and health and wellbeing.

We ran this exercise in the autumn of 2023 and would like to thank the 4,000 residents who took the time to respond to the survey and share their experiences and priorities with us.

The information gathered formed the basis of our new Corporate Plan, Vale 2030. In addition to influencing other Council decisions and policies.

We want to hear from as many of you as possible once again. Whatever your views about life in the Vale and the public services we deliver, we're ready to listen.

Complete the survey (button link to be added)

We will be out and about at community venues, such as libraries, throughout September and October so if you would prefer to speak to us in person look out for our Let's Talk banners.

You can also share your views in writing to consultation@valeofglamorgan.gov.uk or by calling C1V on 01146 700111.

Hard copies of the survey are also available on request.
