The Draft Corporate Plan 2025 - 2030 sets an ambitious programme of work to deliver the Council’s vision of Strong Communities with a Bright Future.



To achieve this vision, the Council has set five draft objectives:


In developing these draft objectives and the outcomes and actions aligned to them the Council has considered feedback from residents; including the results of the Lets Talk residents survey, considered the findings of the Annual Self-Assessment which has identified areas for improvement, and considered opportunities for how the Council can change.
